Its features and
equipment include:
Safari's special one-piece roof, stainless steel rims, electric step,
excellent basement storage and an Onan 3.6 kW LP generator.
The Trek has generous
tank capacities including 80 gallons fresh water, 60 gallons diesel
fuel, 35 gallons propane, 40 gallons gray holding, and 40 gallons black
holding. The waste tanks are heated.
Our Trek has a
Roadmaster Falcon 5250 Tow Bar System with Ready Brake, Bilstein shocks
and a Safe-T Plus center steering system. This RV has a LP thermostatically
controlled furnace, a Norcold refrigerator that works on AC or propane,
a Dometic Duotherm roof air conditioner/heater and a hardwired CO detector
in ceiling.
It has an enclosed
bathroom with a stall shower and skylight.
There is
a hardwood floor in the kitchen area and pile carpet
elsewhere. It has solid wood cabinets (no veneer anywhere).
There is a convection microwave, a three burner stove, double stainless
sinks and Formica counter tops.
It is furnished with two easy chairs,
a pullout sofa, and kitchen table and chairs.
The Trek has a
20" color TV with antenna booster and is cable and telephone ready.
It has an Aiwa CDC-Z117 AM/FM CD Stereo system and Cobra 75 WX
ST CB radio.
It has a color back-up camera that
displays on a Legacy monitor. There are power and heated mirrors.
It is equipped with hydraulic leveling jacks, a Carefree of Colorado
side awning and a Heart Interface AC inverter. There are six batteries
(two 12 volt for the engine, four 6 volt for the coach) and emergency
start (add house bank in parallel to engine bank). Included solar
panels are used for peaking the batteries.
The Trek has a 6.5L Turbo Diesel
engine, automatic transmission, dash air, tilt-wheel and a power
driver's seat.
